Terms

Novik inc. offers a warranty to the original buyer for a 5 year period from the date of purchase for the replacement of any product when the installation is completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Novik inc. also offers a warranty from any defect in the roof vent manufacturing, including undulation, cracking or excessive discoloration when exposed to normal weather conditions. Novik inc. shall not be liable for labour expense or any damages resulting from the use of this product, or have any other liability, except for the replacement value of the vent. This warranty is effective immediately upon delivery of the product.

Limitations

Novik’s Warranty is strictly subject to these conditions :

• Applies only to Novik products used for their specific purpose.
• Does not apply to any damages resulting from misuse, negligence or incorrect installation.

Warranty Claims

The buyer has to provide a written declaration setting out the damage and manufacturing defect together with original proof of purchase to the following address:
