About us

Novik is a Quebec firm specialized in the design, manufacture and marketing of new polymer exterior coverings and various exterior decorative and functional products for the residential and commercial construction sectors as well as the renovation industry.

In collaboration with our technological partners, we have developed a new kind of polymer that can be used to make specialized coverings.  Replicas of brick, stone and wood (in five models), and even slate and clay are a step up on traditional materials, whether your needs call for siding or roofing.
With a new factory in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures near Quebec City, the company manufactures its products and sells them on the domestic and international markets via associations with multiple distribution networks.


History

Novik Inc. was founded by the Gaudreau family in 1995.  The company quickly achieved booming growth in sales.  Since 1998, the number of employees has risen from three to more than a hundred, and demand has been such that Novik invested more than 10 million dollars in a new 60,000 square foot factory and state of the art equipment to respond to it.

The proportion of our export sales increased sharply from 10% to nearly 70%.  To ensure competitiveness, considerable efforts were devoted to developing networks of representatives and distributors in foreign markets.  In the American market alone, the company is present in 48 states, with more than 30 manufacturing agents.  Significant penetration of foreign markets enabled us to expand the distribution network into Europe, Asia-Oceania, and just recently South America.  The company has a presence in Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Australia, Korea, Japan, Spain and Puerto Rico.

Demand for our products on the global scene is currently growing at 50-60% annually.
