Mr. Michel Gaudreau has been President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Director at NOVIK Inc., since August of 1995. He has also been Chairman of the Board and Vice President of Business Development at Lumca, Inc. This company’s main area of activity is the manufacture of lighting fixtures and lamp poles used in municipal lighting throughout the North American Market. Mr. Gaudreau holds a diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Montreal Institute of Technology.
Mr. Louis-André Gaudreau has been Vice President and General Manager at NOVIK, Inc. since July 1998. His duties within the company have been related to the set-up of a plastic injection plant, as well as the development of production, purchasing, sales, engineering and finances. From January 1994 until July 1998, he was the production manager at Groupe Conik, Inc., which specializes in the manufacture of electronic ballasts. He has been a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers since September 1997. Mr. Gaudreau earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with major in Computer-integrated Manufacturing from Laval University in 1993.
Mr. Frank Ricciuti is currently the president of Efjay Consulting Ltd. a company involved in financial and corporate advisory capacities. He sits on the advisory council of a private wealth management company. During his corporate career, he served on the Board of numerous public and private companies. Recently he served as the Chairman of an internet gaming technology/software provider. He was also a senior executive within the Canadian investment industry for a number of years. Mr. Ricciuti earned a diploma in Engineering Technology from Ryerson, his B.Sc. degree from Michigan Technological University and his MBA from York University.
Since 2004, Mr. Clément Boucher is the Vice-President of Paré Centre du camion Volvo Hino, a company specialized in sale of trucks and equipment. Between 1995 and 1998, Mr. Boucher was the Vice-President of Groupe Sani Mobile Inc. The company was then sold to Onyx Industries Inc., Onyx Canada Inc., of which he was elected president.
Mr. Boucher has over twenty years of experience in financial management specializing in waste management and the industrial cleaning sector.
Since obtaining a Bachelor degree in Administration, with a Major in Accounting from Laval University, he has also acquired a membership of Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec (ADMA).
Administrator in different administrative functions with an experience of almost 25 years to his credit, Mr. Henry Brunelle, who joined Bain Ultra Inc. in 1987, is now the company’s president and CEO.
Since obtaining a Bachelor degree in Economics from Laval University, Mr. Brunelle has completed different trainings in administration, exportation and management.
