Large –Scale Project

Novik® proudly presents the Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe. This large-scale project with its impressive roof is topped off entirely with NoviClayTM. A total of 34,500 sq.ft. of roofing was installed on this building. This big project cost around $15 million.
The Church holds 1200 seats, a chapel of 120 seats, meeting halls and parish offices serving nearly 1500 families in the Buckingham area of Pennsylvania.
NoviClayTM clay-replica tiles in various colors worked beautifully in this Spanish-inspired architectural style for a congregation of strong Spanish-speaking representation. The polymer NoviClayTM roofing was the perfect solution, since real clay could not stand up to the local climate conditions. As well, NoviClayTM is maintenance-free.
This building, inaugurated in September 2011, was planned and conceived by KCBA Architects to respond to the needs of this dynamic Catholic community.
